Carl H. Kleimann

Chief Executive Officer

Carl Kleimann has served on Odyssey OneSource’s senior management team since 1993.

Prior to joining Odyssey, Kleimann served as President of The Laxus Group, a PEO acquired by Odyssey in 1993. His career in the employer services industry began in 1986 as district manager for Automatic Data Processing.

Kleimann has served as president of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), the PEO industry’s national trade association.

He is also a former president of the Texas Chapter of NAPEO, a statewide trade association for PEOs and currently serves as Chairman of NAPEO’s Texas Legislative Council.

He is active in the industry’s regulatory and legislative affairs at the state and national level and is an author and speaker on behalf of the industry.

Kleimann graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1985 earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
