Christina Stovall serves as Director of the Human Resource Service Center for Odyssey One Source, Inc., a Human Resources Outsourcing firm. She oversees the daily functions and activities of the Human Resources department to include compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, employee relations, and best practices for human resources. Prior to joining Odyssey OneSource, Ms. Stovall served in both recruiting and generalist functions for publicly traded companies in the information technology and insurance industries.
Ms. Stovall served on the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association (FWHRMA) for seven years, including the roles of Vice President of Professional Development, Treasurer, President-Elect, President, and Immediate Past President of the Association. Ms. Stovall currently serves on the Texas State Council as the SHRM Foundation State Coordinator and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Ms. Stovall has earned the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), the largest organization in the world recognizing professionals who demonstrate expertise in the human resource field. She holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Texas Christian University as well as a Master’s of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University.
