Jim Mutz joined the company in 2006 with more than 25 years experience in corporate employee benefits.
Mutz manages all activities surrounding benefits administration, 401(k) implementation and administration and the day-to-day oversight of Odyssey OneSource’s non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
Prior to joining the company, Mutz directed the employee compensation and benefits functions for national and international firms with employee populations between 3,500 and 55,000 employees.
Mutz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Christian University.
