The Black Book of Outsourcing, an annual guide that evaluates companies’ satisfaction with outsourcing service providers, named Odyssey OneSource a top leader in the PEO/ASO Outsourcing category across 18 operational excellence key performance indicators. The survey, compiled by the management consulting firm Brown-Wilson Group, polled over 650,000 global outsourcing users to rate service suppliers offering some segment of PEO & ASO business processes including end-to-end benefits options and management, regulatory compliance and liability service, payroll and tax administration, recruitment and HR administration services, among others.

Among the 18 key performance indicators, Odyssey OneSource ranked No. 1 in eleven key performance indicators:

Besides placing first in most of the performance indicators,
Odyssey OneSource received honors in other categories as well, ranking in the top 10 leaders in innovation, breath of offerings, client types, delivery excellence; in the best 10 leaders in training, scalability, client adaptability, flexible pricing, data security and backup services; and in the top 10 leaders in compensation and employee performance, and client relationships and cultural fit.
