Odyssey OneSource Named No. 1 Professional Employer Organization (PEO) for 2009

Texas-based Odyssey OneSource receives national recognition for third-consecutive year.

DALLAS, Texas – Nov. 17, 2009 – Odyssey OneSource, a leading provider of employment administration and liability management for small businesses, has been rated the No.1 Professional Employer Organization (PEO) for the third consecutive year in the Black Book of Outsourcing’s 2009 Survey.

The Black Book of Outsourcing is an annual guide that evaluates companies’ satisfaction with outsourcing service providers. The survey, compiled by the Brown-Wilson Group, a research and management consulting firm, polled more than 400,000 global outsourcing users in order to rate the top PEO service providers. PEOs are just one of the many outsourcing segments that are ranked by Brown-Wilson.

Odyssey OneSource ranked No. 1 in 11 out of the 18 total key performance indicators in the PEO/ASO Outsourcing category. These included overall vendor preference, best breed of technology, trust, and customer care among others.

In addition to being ranked as the No. 1 PEO/ASO in the industry, Odyssey OneSource was also ranked among the top 10 enterprise outsourcing providers serving middle-market employers for the second year in a row. Most notably, Odyssey OneSource was recognized for its scalability and flexible pricing which allows the company to respond to client’s needs with customized human resource and employee benefit solutions.
