2009 Black Book of Outsourcing
The Black Book of Outsourcing, an annual guide that evaluates companies’ satisfaction with outsourcing service providers, ranked Odyssey OneSource top 10 in the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) category across 18 operational excellence key performance indicators.
The survey, compiled by the management consulting firm Brown-Wilson Group, asked over 650,000 global outsourcing users to rate service suppliers offering human resources processes services.
Among the top tier HRO vendors listed in the rankings, Odyssey ranked No. 9 -a step forward from last year’s rankings. It is important to highlight, Odyssey OneSource was ranked No.1 in the Innovation individual criteria compared to renown competition in the industry such as Ceridian, Fidelity, Accenture and Empyrean, among others.
Odyssey OneSource also received credit in other categories among the best 10 leaders in training, deployment and outsourcing implementation, customization, integration and interfaces, compensation and employee performance, reliability, brand image and marketing communications, viability, and support and customer care.
